This year, I'm turning 40 years young (as Uncle Paul would say). Somehow, I've always been a little young-at-heart and old-at-heart at the same time. Hitting this 40-year mark, I'm lucky and delighted to be just where I am right now.

At it's best, I think quarantine has made a gift of the present, but also allowed for much reflection of the past and dreaming ahead into the future.

​

In that spirit, I decided to curate some sounds, images, and reflections to celebrate my experiences so far as I embrace today and whatever lies ahead.

 

The sounds, images, and lessons are specific, but I believe in simplicity & specificity, we can find the universal and eternal.
